It’s estimated that it will take approximately 200 days to photograph 100 women for the massive book project. Obviously time will be needed for post-productions, logistics preparation and more, so 200 days contributed to this project is only for the photography. Rolando will spend one full-day photographing each subject and estimates on average one-half day of travel each way as some subjects may be from the same geographical area and every effort will be made to capitolize on proximity to ensure saved costs.     

The goal is to generate enough contributions to help fund the undertaking of photographing, at no cost to the subject, 100 women over the age of 18-years, to illustrate their inner- and outer-beauty through photography. The book, 100 Photographic Voices, is a life-long dream of three-time, published author, Rolando Gomez.  

All contributions will cover the expenses associated with photographing 100 female subjects, including transportation, lodging, meals, administrative, hair, make-up, wardrobe, assistants and all associated costs for the completion of 100 Photographic Voices.  

Estimated Costs per person:

*Photographer Rolando Gomez will donate as much of his time as feasibly possible.  Contributions in excess of what is required to photograph the subject will be set aside for any reasonable talent fees to help Rolando cover his normal living expenses that will affect him and his family’s livelihoods from his donated time.  It will take approximately 200 days, to actually photograph each subject, obviously no one can provide the livelihoods for his family and himself without compensation for 200 days.  Any additional contributions above the expected costs above will help create the sabbatical environment to help complete this project.
