100 Photographic Voices
100 Photographic Voices is the working title of a photographic therapy book by PhotographicTherapy.com author Rolando Gomez, author of three “how-to” glamour photography books. 100 Photographic Voices will tell the stories of 100 women in search of self-discovery through photography and minimal text.
The book will tell their stories through glamour photography with a photojournalistic touch accompanied with concise text. The intent of the images is to help the subjects discover their inner- and outer-beauty and hopefully help them build or re-build their self-esteem through the actual process-the book itself is the result of experiencing the photographic therapy session.
Low self-esteem or the loss of it can enter into a person’s life at some point either through motherhood, cancer, disease, relationship issues, job loss, age, weight gain or other various reasons, though many women recover, some don’t. It’s these women that Rolando Gomez will provide self-discovery through photographic therapy. They will all receive prints they can be proud of, memories to cherish for life. Rolando’s camera will act like a mirror, to capture their true essence and beauty.
